Cordis Capital GP S.à r.l. is a Luxembourg general partner. It sponsors and manages special limited partnerships, structures holding companies for entrepreneurs and families, and builds the software its platforms run on.

Start with what you own

Before we talk about capital or strategy, a family or a founder needs an accurate picture of what they own. Most of our work starts there.

Build the structure first

A well-built Luxembourg vehicle should outlast the deal it was created for. We set things up so they can be used again.

Governance you can check

Independent valuation, disclosed fees and independent committee members. That is what allows people who don't know each other to trust the same structure.

Discretion

We don't publish client names, portfolios or performance, and we don't market funds. If you write to us, we reply.

The software on this site exists because we needed it ourselves. Every platform we run uses it every day.

The firm

Cordis Capital was founded in Luxembourg in 2026 by Ben Hennicot and partners. The general partner, Cordis Capital GP S.à r.l., is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B303569 and acts as general partner of Luxembourg special limited partnerships under the law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers.

We work from Boulevard Royal in Luxembourg, with partners in Monaco, Rome and Abu Dhabi. We speak Luxembourgish, French, German and English.

Ben Hennicot

Founder and Managing Partner · Luxembourg

Ben co-founded Cordis Capital with a focus on building bespoke investment solutions for global families and entrepreneurs. His background spans private-equity deal origination, fund strategy and investor relations across European and international markets, including private-equity audit at KPMG Luxembourg, operations at Clearstream, financial-services policy at the EPP Group in the European Parliament, and the co-founding and sale of a Luxembourg fintech.

Nimesh Sungkur

Partner, Head of Luxembourg and Corporate Governance · Luxembourg

Nimesh brings deep expertise in private markets, fund structuring and cross-border wealth management. As co-founder, he leads the firm’s strategic vision and investment platform, drawing on extensive experience across Luxembourg fund architectures and institutional capital deployment. He runs the Luxembourg office and the firm’s governance architecture.

As Chief Technology Officer, Andrew leads everything Cordis builds: Atelier, Horizon and the index methodology behind NABLA 50. He joined from institutional asset management, where he spent his career before Cordis.
