Ben co-founded Cordis Capital with a focus on building bespoke investment solutions for global families and entrepreneurs. His background spans private-equity deal origination, fund strategy and investor relations across European and international markets, including private-equity audit at KPMG Luxembourg, operations at Clearstream, financial-services policy at the EPP Group in the European Parliament, and the co-founding and sale of a Luxembourg fintech.

Nimesh brings deep expertise in private markets, fund structuring and cross-border wealth management. As co-founder, he shares responsibility for the firm’s strategy and leads its Luxembourg platform, drawing on extensive experience across Luxembourg fund architectures and institutional capital deployment. He runs the Luxembourg office and the firm’s governance architecture.

Lorenzo leads investor relationships from Monaco. He is the first point of contact for families and their advisers, from an initial conversation through onboarding and ongoing reporting, and draws on a background in private markets and cross-border advisory.

Frédéric leads Cordis Africa and the firm’s work in real assets from Monaco. He covers the structuring and execution of investments in private markets and real assets, and works with the families and investors involved in them.

As Chief Technology Officer, Andrew leads everything Cordis builds: Atelier, Horizon and the index methodology behind NABLA 50. He joined from institutional asset management, where he spent his career before Cordis.

Al Manai leads the firm’s relationships in Switzerland, France and the MENA region. He has more than ten years of experience as a strategic adviser on political and economic development, digital transformation and international cooperation, working with governments, private sector leaders and international partners in several African countries. He advises on digital financial ecosystems, from fintech and payment infrastructure to digital assets, and connects opportunities across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Frederick is a partner at Golden Oryx in the United Arab Emirates, with a background in venture and growth investing, real estate development and private investment office work. He leads the firm’s Gulf relationships from Abu Dhabi.
