Privacy notice

What we collect. Only what you give us: your name, email address, organisation if any, and the content of your message. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors.

Why. To reply to you, to assess whether we can assist, and, where your request concerns a reserved vehicle, to record that you contacted us on your own initiative and to confirm your investor status as the law requires. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where applicable, compliance with our legal obligations.

Who sees it. The Cordis partners and staff who handle your enquiry, and the service providers that host our email and website under contract. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only with appropriate safeguards.

How long. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a relationship follows, for the retention periods required by Luxembourg anti-money-laundering and company law. Otherwise it is deleted within twenty-four months.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or request portability by writing to info@cordis-capital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg.
