How it is governed
Luxembourg vehicles
Portfolio interests will be held through dedicated Luxembourg partnerships with Cordis Capital as general partner. Operating programmes will sit in separate companies.
Mission comes first
Each programme will have an institution that sets its mission and will have to consent to any change of purpose. Capital will be there to serve the mission.
Same standards
Each vehicle will have independent valuation, disclosed fees and an advisory committee with independent members. A mission mandate will not lower the bar.
