Portfolio interests are held through dedicated Luxembourg partnerships with Cordis Capital as general partner; operating programmes sit in separate companies.
Mission comes first
Each programme has an institution that sets its mission and must consent to any change of purpose. Capital is there to serve the mission.
Same standards
Independent valuation, disclosed fees and an advisory committee with independent members. An impact mandate does not lower the bar.
